Skyport Tycoon

Skyport Tycoon puts you in charge of a growing sky-city, juggling arrivals, passenger comfort, and the ever-expanding maze of platforms. It scratches that satisfying spreadsheet-brain itch without drowning you in menus. Everything you need is a couple of taps away.

The early game is about survival, keeping enough income to expand at all. Later you're optimising flows, and we lost a whole evening rearranging platforms to shave a few seconds off passenger routes. That's the sign of a good sim: you keep tweaking long after the goal is met.

There's a bit of waiting for timers, which is the one thing that pulled us out. But you can plan around it, and the core loop is strong enough to keep pulling you back.
